Semi-automated Powder Coating
Line
Powdercoat provides a tough, durable finish that offers excellent protection against weather, ultraviolet light, moisture and some chemical resistance. Available powders come in polyesters, epoxies, and hybrids and are available in a wide range of colors and textures.
OUR CAPABILITIES
Semi-automated process with line speeds up to 8'per minute that are ideal for large runs of parts needing quick turnaround
Three stage cleaner with multi-metal pre-treatment
Handles everything from electronic components to marine parts
Available in epoxies, polyesters, and various hybrids with a variety of colors and textures
Electrostatic spray system produces a clean, even finish that satisfies even the most stringent requirements for industrial and commercial applications
Certain parts may even be reformed without damage
Nylon Powdercoating
Although the upfront expense is greater than polyester coatings, nylon powdercoat has superior wear, abrasion, and impact resistance. The extra cost is recovered many times over by savings in maintenance and replacement costs. Nylon coatings are a major part our business, and performed in our batch powdercoat department.

Lubricating for the most demanding applications. Used in place of greases and oils for lubrication, surface protection and corrosion inhibition. Among the most highly technical and critical-to-apply surface coatings.
Our Capabilities
BOEING BAC 5811 type 6,7,8 approved applicator.
Certified ovens to ensure proper cure cycles.
Applied thicknesses to as low as 2/10,000th's
Over 30 years experience.
Teflon Coatings
Teflon type coatings are non-stick, heat, corrosion, abrasion & chemical resistant. For industrial parts requiring a non-stick or low-drag coefficient surface. These products require a high temperature bake to finish the curing cycle. As one of the few qualified applicators of industrial Teflon coatings in the Northwest, we can help determine which type of Teflon and application method best meets your needs.

Sand Blasting
Sandblasting is a quick and effective way to remove rust, corrosion and other debris from hard to get locations, and is a proven method for helping to ensure paint adhesion. With our varied booth sizes we can handle parts as large as cars or as small as a dime.
Our Capabilities
Large sand blast booth 20' W x 24' L
Medium blast cabinet 72" W x 72" D
Small blast cabinet 5' W x 4' D
80 grit aluminum oxide
120 grit aluminum oxide
180 grit aluminum oxide
24 grit garnet
Plastic Media
Paint Strip
Our plastic media paint strip service is a blasting process that uses tiny recyclable plastic pellets propelled by pressurized air to remove organic coatings without damaging the underlying metal surface. Applications range from small hand-held electronic parts to large industrial storage tanks. We can clean up your parts so new finishes can be re-applied.
Our Capabilities
20' x 24' booth for cleaning large parts
5' x 4' cabinet for cleaning smaller parts with precision.
20/30 grit MIL-P-85891 type 2 certified plastic media
Heat Cleaning
Heat cleaning is an environmentally safe and efficient method for removing coatings from racks, hooks and fixtures, and from industrial and marine parts where the temperature is not critical. Air temperatures of 750°F to 900°F inside our burn off oven will ignite the coatings and turn it to ash. When combined with our blasting services we can help you reuse parts and equipment and reduce your costs.
